A GLOW Coaching Programme

Bridging
Bias

Awareness  ·  Humanity  ·  Accountability

Bridging does not mean erasing bias. It means understanding it, educating ourselves about it, and channelling it toward something more human.

Where this began

Born from not belonging

This programme was born from a simple feeling: not feeling understood, wanted, or like I belonged. Many people spend part of their lives feeling misunderstood, judged, or excluded. Whether it is race, sexuality, neurodiversity, religion, culture, or mental health, the experience of not belonging leaves a mark.

On people. And on organisations.

Bridging Bias is a programme for workplaces and individuals who want to do better. Not by becoming perfect. But by becoming conscious.

Just as our most difficult experiences can become our greatest teachers, bias acknowledged and understood can become a bridge to genuine inclusion.
What we explore together

Six areas. One honest conversation.

01

Where bias comes from

Understanding the origins of bias and how it quietly shapes decisions, hiring, feedback, and belonging every single day.

02

Unconscious assumptions

How the things we do not question are often the most powerful. What we assume about people, and what it costs them.

03

Sexuality, neurodiversity & mental health

What dignity really means across difference, and what happens when we define "professional" too narrowly.

04

Opinion versus disrespect

The line between having a view and causing harm. How to navigate disagreement without erasing the person you disagree with.

05

Psychological safety

What it actually is, what it is not, and what it costs an organisation when it is absent.

06

Everyday inclusion

Practical, concrete actions. Not a policy. Not a poster. The kind of inclusion that shows up in a meeting, a promotion, a conversation.

Who this is for

Anyone who wants to do better.

Teams & organisations

Who want to build genuine psychological safety, not just tick a box or satisfy an annual report.

Leaders

Who want to lead with integrity and are honest enough to ask what they might be getting wrong.

Individuals

Who want to understand themselves and others more clearly, and move through the world with a little more care.
